Cards of a deck

Cards of a Deck is a game developed as an educational project during college. I was responsible for all the programming, design, 2D art, and visual elements. The game is set in a universe inspired by playing cards, with the Joker as the protagonist, advancing through casino table-based scenarios.

The goal is to eliminate enemies based on the card suits, each with unique abilities, until facing the final boss, the Queen of Hearts. With simple yet challenging mechanics, the project demonstrated the feasibility of creating a functional and immersive game with limited resources, working entirely independently.
